Cancellations & Refunds
Consultations will only be refunded if requested 24 hours before the time & date of the session booked. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Healing products are strictly non-refundable once shipped out. Returns
Please note that because the products I send out are of a spiritual nature, no returns of healing products or gift cards will be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your parcel upon reception and contact me immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
